Is my key information stored securely?
Yes. Key information is encrypted and protected by additional security controls. Your wallet also requires secure account access and additional verification before stored keys can be accessed or reordered.
Can I see the actual key data stored in my wallet?
No. Raw key data is not displayed openly within your account. You will see the name you have given the key and its current status, while the underlying key information remains protected.
What happens if I lose my original key?
If the key has already been verified and saved in your Digital Wallet, you may be able to order another copy without having the original key with you. Some keys may require additional verification or revalidation before a new order can be placed.
Can I manage or remove keys from my wallet?
Yes. You can view your stored keys, rename them, check their status and remove keys you no longer need. We recommend using simple labels such as “Front Door” or “Office” rather than full addresses or other sensitive location information.
