Had to book a locksmith as lost keys to french doors at my mums house. Fortunately called this company and Vatsal turned up early in the 1 hour times lot given. Vassal was very polite, friendly and explained everything he needed to do, which turned out to be more than we/they thought. Highly recommend this company and Vatsal, can't speak highly enough of both.Posted on Google
Jonathan Hedges1 days agoWe've just had the pleasure of meeting Vatsal, when he came to sort the lock out on my mother-in-laws double glazed french doors, as the key had been lost. He arrived early in the hour timeslot given, after we'd called the previous hour. The job turned out more difficult than simply changing the barrel but with Vatsal's skill and knowledge he was able to do the job. Vatsal was extremely courteous and explained fully what he was doing. The price was very reasonable and the company and Vatsal we highly recommend. Following my negative review below, the Management called me to apologise and learn more about my experience. The manager was very professional and took time out to understand my experience. They provided in house training to the staff. With this in mind I feel the staff really care and wanted to always provide excellent service. As such I now rate the business 4 starts. Extremely poor call centre staff. Their call receiving centre are unhelpful, poor command of the English language and dont know what is going on. It was impossible for me to speak directly to the Shop staff. When they promissed me a call back, this never happened. I had to physically drive to the shop to resolve my issue. Once at the shop my issue was resolved immediately. PLEASE CLOSE DOWN YOUR CALL CENTREPosted on Google
